Welcome to our meditation... Let us take a deep breath. Do some light stretching. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Let's put our thoughts aside for another time. Let's focus on the now. Close your eyes. Rest. Let everything else fall away and allow yourself to find a peaceful place within. You are seated in the control center of your being. Here is where it all begins. Your love. Your strength. Your happiness. Your health. You are the pilot. You decide how high you would like to soar. How far you would like to fly. Sometimes life gets ahead of us and we end up sacrificing so much of ourselves - we forget we are flying the plane. That is when we need to stop and take a step back. Re-organize and de-clutter. If there is too much on your plate, it will help to put it in writing. Organizing our thoughts and needs on paper gives us a map to the "buried treasure" - our happiness!
