Welcome to our meditation... Take a deep breath. Stretch your arms. Stretch your fingers. Stretch your legs. Stretch your toes. Align your posture. Relax your body. Clear your mind. Let us take this time to explore for a moment, our hearts desires. Form a wish list in your mind. Begin with your most very important wish and move onward from there. There are no rules to this list except that the wishes must be for you and you must stay focused on the positive. The list can be as long as you want. Then, as you go about your day, ask around and see what people hope for in their lives. Maybe you have a means of making that wish come true for them. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction - so it is possible by fulfilling someone else's wish, you may in turn see one of yours granted.
