Welcome to our meditation... Take a deep cleansing breath. Stretch your arms and your legs. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Let all your worries fall away one by one. Take your time. There is no need to rush. Today let us focus on the peace in our hearts. Imagine a beautiful, snow laden forest. The snow is lightly falling through the trees. The Winter air is fresh and crisp. It cleanses your lungs. The faint smell of firewood drifts in on a breeze. The snow is soft beneath your feet. A bright red cardinal lands on a nearby branch as if to say hello. Here in this peaceful place allow yourself to breathe and heal. Fill your heart with this moment. Realize that this is your true purpose. To be at peace and one with your Earth. Smile and feel the joy of having such a beautiful world. Share this joy with your loved ones. Allow your mind to visit these peaceful places. Whether we can be there mentally or physically, we are still creating peace in our hearts.
