Vibrance


Welcome to our meditation... Let us begin with a deep, cleansing breath. Stretch your arms and legs. Roll your shoulders. Relax your body. Clear your mind. Imagine yourself standing on a hillside. The sun is setting and the sky is lit up with color. The yellow and red rays of the sun are glowing brightly against the rain-washed clouds. Think about how vibrant colors such as this make you feel. Colors are known to effect our moods. There is even a thing called Color-Therapy that is said to uplift us and enlighten us. Think about the colors you surround yourself with. Think about the clothes you wear. Try wearing something lighter and brighter - see how they make you feel. Add some color to your home or office. Brighten the walls that were once dark and bare - how does that make you feel? We are where it all starts. We are the ones who make our world shine. Begin today and share the vibrance of You.
