Thankful




Welcome to our meditation... Let us take a deep breath. Stretch your arms and legs. Roll your shoulders. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Let us close our eyes for a moment and rest in this peaceful moment. Set your worries aside and focus on relaxing all your muscles. Start at the tip of your toes and work your way along your feet. Up to your calves. Your thighs. Your hips. Your torso. Your shoulders. Your neck. And finally to the top of your head. Our bodies have so many wonderful parts. And we can easily take these wonderful parts for granted. Let us take a moment to be thankful for our bodies. Let us eat healthy and exercise each day so they may continue to work well for us in the years to come. Movement is crucial to keeping our bodies running smoothly. Dance, walk, bike, hike. Do something everyday to keep you and your body happy. This time of year many people take to snowshoeing. It is a great form of exercise and fun way to explore the beautiful places in your area.
