System



Welcome to our meditation... Take a deep breath. Stretch your arms and legs. Align your posture. Relax your mind. Relax your body. Release all your thoughts and feelings. Clear your mind. Start fresh with this new day. Imagine yourself standing next to a large waterfall. You can hear the water rushing down. It splashes into a pool before you. You're standing in the water and it feels soothing on your feet and legs. You stretch your arms out and breathe in the fresh misty air. You then close your eyes and listen to the music of the waterfall splashing down. This waterfall is part of a system. The water flows downward but eventually it evaporates upward into the sky, where the rain delivers it back to the river that then carries it to the waterfall. Everything in life has a system. Today focus on your daily system. See what areas can be adjusted to create a better flow in your life. Perhaps more rest or less rest. Healthier foods. More movement. Rearranging your furniture.
