Stream


Welcome to our meditation... Let us take a deep breath. Stretch your arms. Stretch your legs. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Calm your thoughts. Let us imagine we are standing near a swiftly flowing stream. It's moving so fast you can even feel a slight breeze from the water moving briskly past you. The sound of the water dancing over the rocks and leaping over fallen branches is captivating. The water never stops flowing. Through the day and night it continues along it's path, dancing and leaping. The only thing that would stop it is if the water's supply would decrease. We can see ourselves in the water. Even though we might not be moving physically as these waters do, our mind is an ever flowing source of energy. Our stream of consciousness flows day and night. Whatever we focus on enters the stream. Let us tap into the positive, loving energy of the Universe and let our thoughts flow peacefully.
