Sound


Welcome to our meditation... Take a deep breath. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Roll your shoulders. Let go of all your thoughts for another time. Close your eyes. Let us take a moment to just listen. Listen to the music of nature. Hear the gentle hum of a hummingbirds wings. Here the buzz of a bee passing by. The roll of thunder and the sprinkling of rain. A dolphin whistling beneath the deep. Hear the rivers and waterfalls. The crickets and the frogs. The sounds of the forest. The sounds of the jungle. The sounds in our own back yard. They are our connection to our Mother Earth. It is how She communicates with us. They have the power to heal us and guide us. Let us fill our hearts with the song of Mother Earth.
