Welcome to our meditation... Take a deep breath. Stretch your arms. Stretch your legs. Align your posture. Calm your body. Calm your mind. Think of the beauty and freshness of the open sky. When we walk outside we can feel it: We are essentially set free into the Universe. There are no longer four walls and a ceiling above us, just the openness of eternity stretching for light-years above us. As we tilt our head back and look up at the vast sprawling atmosphere we can’t help but be filled with a sense of freedom. Step outside and take in the fresh air and what this Earth has to offer. Make the most of this opportunity to breathe, release and rejuvenate. Let us be thankful for something we can so easily take for granted. Whether there be sun, stars, clouds, rain or snow, walk outside and feel the healing nature of our beautiful sky.
