Silence


Welcome to our meditation... Take a deep, cleansing breath. Stretch your arms. Stretch your legs. Roll your shoulders. Relax your mind. Relax your body. Clear your thoughts. Close your eyes. Let us focus on the silence. What does silence look like? It can be any color. It can be all colors. Create the beauty in your silence. Fill it with flowers from around the world. Fill it with soft blankets and pillows. Allow it to fill your mind like the night sky. The silence is there to heal you. To refuel you. To comfort you. It is the road to enlightenment and the doorway to revelation. Through it we can discover our true selves and our connection to the Universe. It is an ever flowing source of peace and serenity. Fill your heart with this peaceful moment. Take a little time out each day to embrace the silence.
