Welcome to our meditation... Let us start with a deep breath. Stretch your arms. Stretch your legs. Roll your shoulders. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Let us focus our thoughts on the act of meditating. Envision yourself: How peaceful our surroundings. How peaceful our minds and bodies. A gentle being contributing positive energy to the flow of Life. Our thoughts weaving imaginative ways to bring us in tune with our World. We are not reacting, yet we are positively acting. The less we do, the more we do for this Universe. In this moment, by not consuming or utilizing the Earth's precious resources we offer our World a chance to restore itself. To heal. Continue to think of ways we can do less to give our beautiful Earth so much more. Invite some friends over to meditate together. Think of the positive impact that such a collective can make, on the Earth and each other. Eco-nurturing. It is a term that comes to my mind when I think of how we can try to do things better for our World. I recently heard a radio show speaking of the ways commercial and sport fishing have abused our waters. The balance has been disturbed. One of the best ways to bring our World back into harmony is to eat seasonally.
