Welcome to our meditation... Take a deep breath. Stretch your arms and legs. Roll your shoulders. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Let us imagine ourselves in a spacious room. There are big open windows and the long white sheer curtains are swaying in the breeze. Sunlight spills onto the wooden floor all around you. The room is completely empty outside of the soft mat you are sitting on. You can hear some wind chimes in the distance, gently ringing through the air. Feel all the space around you. Feel the breeze flowing through the room. Feel the energy of the room, comforting and peaceful. Feel your own energy. Allow it to pour out into this space. Let your spirit dance around the room. Let this space heal you. Refresh. Renew.
