Relief


Welcome to our meditation... Let's take a deep breath. Stretch your arms. Stretch your legs. Roll your shoulders. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Let us think for a moment about all the wonderful people and things that comfort us in this life. Our family and friends. Our pets. Our favorite songs. Our favorite clothes. Our favorite place to cuddle up. A hug. All of these things bring us relief. These gifts of comfort and love help us to create balance in our lives. Let us be grateful today to have these little blessings along the way. It is important to know where our comfort lies. So often people reach for things that can hurt them in the long run. Let us be sure to let our loved ones know we are there for them and that we are a source of comfort and relief to them. Give someone you love a hug today, there is a good chance they needed it.
