Welcome to our meditation... Let's begin with a deep breath. Stretch your arms. Stretch your legs. Find a comfortable position. Let's focus on the peacefulness of this moment. Release your thoughts for another time. Let each of them go with every deep breath. As they leave allow the quiet to take their place. Close your eyes and embrace the darkness of our minds. Feel the energy gently flowing throughout your body. Put your hand on your chest and feel your heart beating. Reconnect with your Self. If a thought comes to you, take another deep breath and let it go. Do this until you feel completely at peace. The more peace we have within us, the more positive, loving energy can flow through us. After reading this meditation, turn off everything. The TV. The computer. The phone. For 10 - 20 minutes allow yourself the chance to just Be. Reset your being. Simply sit and breathe.
