Positivity



Welcome to our meditation... Take a deep breath. Breathe from your diaphragm, through your nose and out your mouth. Stretch your arms, stretch your legs, point your toes, roll your shoulders. Feel your muscles contract and relax. Feel the warmth of your circulation running through your limbs. Align your posture. Bring your chest up, shoulders back. Clear your mind. Let us focus on this moment - all over the World. Today you have been given a magical telescope. With it you are able to see anywhere in the World. The magic in this particular telescope is that you are only able to see positivity. As you gaze through it you see beautiful things happening all over the World. People helping other people. People creating beautiful art. People dancing and laughing. You can see all of us here today, meditating in an effort to create positive change in our lives and the world around us. The whole world becomes unified in this one moment created by You. By becoming more mindful of the world around us, we can make these positive moments a reality - and in doing so we set the positive energy in motion. Think globally and act locally. We don't have to save the world today. We just need to think and act positively. It all starts with us.
