Love


Welcome to our meditation... Let's take a deep breath. Do some light stretching. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Clear your thoughts. Let's think for a moment what truly matters today. Let us focus on the love in our hearts. Our love for ourselves, our love for others, our love for life and this planet. Today as you go about your day try to see the love in the person next to you. We all have a heart. We all know what it means to love. Some of us have been hurt and are feeling broken. Some of us have found a new love. Some of us are nurturing a love of many years. Some of us are learning to love ourselves. Let us explore what truly matters to those around us. Let us use our heart, mind and body to spread joy, love and laughter to everyone we encounter. What we give is what we get back. And by focusing on the love in each of us - we can all grow more loving, understanding, tolerant and forgiving.
