Welcome to our meditation... Let us begin by taking a deep cleansing breath. Stretch your arms and legs. Roll your shoulders. Align your posture. Feel the freshness of this new day flowing through you and around you. Today let us focus on freeing ourselves from the worries that bind us. Today let us be free and confident to be our selves. Let us nurture this freedom by taking charge of who we long to be in this life. Most often the only thing stopping us is ourselves. Excuses and distractions are always there to curb our efforts. Let us stand up and take a deep breath. Spread your arms as if they were wings. Imagine you are a bird getting ready to take flight. Envision yourself flying over all the obstacles that have stood in the way of you becoming exactly the You you've always dreamed of. Liberate yourself from the opinions of others. Liberate yourself from society's norms. Be free. Trust your heart. Begin living the life that was meant for you now. There is no better time then now.
