Welcome to our meditation... Let us take a deep breath. Do some light stretching. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Clear your thoughts. Breathe. Let us take a moment to think about what we would like to learn today. Whenever we follow our heart in a new direction, we awaken the curiosity within. Curiosity invigorates us and motivates us. The best way to learn about something is from the master of that knowledge. Let us think for a moment about a beautiful and intricate spider web. Imagine it spread out over some leaves and branches like an ornate tapestry. Drops of dew sprinkled throughout. The artist himself sleeping. Curled up in the middle awaiting a knock at the door. A spider's web is much more complex than we can imagine. The threads they use vary. One type is for walking. Walking is where you see the spider ascending and descending. Another type is for creating a cocoon. There is a type of thread for catching prey and yet another type is used as an adhesive for attaching threads together. There is so much to learn from this tiny creature. He is an artist weaving another one of Mother Nature's many masterpieces. From the spider we can learn of the spider. He knows best. Let us seek knowledge from a true source of that knowledge.
