Journey


Welcome to our meditation... Take a deep, cleansing breath. Stretch your arms and legs. Feel the energy circulating throughout your body. Align your posture. Relax. Clear your mind. Feel the freshness of this new day all around you. Each day of our lives is a journey, it is up to us to decide just how far we will travel. So many opportunities for change and transformation before us. A world full of love and happiness is waiting to be discovered. Whatever our focus may be, becomes part of us. Just like the food we eat nourishes our bodies, the perspective we have on life nourishes our soul. At the end of every day, we are always the final destination.
