How

Welcome to our meditation... Take a deep breath. Do some light stretching. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Release all your thoughts for another time. Let us think about our own beautiful minds for a moment. Our brains have two sides to them. Some of us think more Left Brained: Those who are more analytical and better with numbers and writing. Others of us are more Right Brained: Those who think more more intuitively, have a more creative approach to life and are inclined to the visual arts and drawing or painting. And some of us are split right down the middle. None of us are all one or the other. There are a number of quizzes you can take online to figure out which of these you may gravitate towards. Knowing the nature of how we process the world around us can help us recognize what comes natural to us and what we find to be comforting and familiar. We are able to recognize those things that instill confidence in us. We can also utilize this knowledge to aid us in meditation. A right brained person would likely benefit more from visual or intuitive meditations whereas a left brained person would benefit more from written or analytical meditations. It is good to challenge our way of thinking sometimes - but we can also tap into what flows for us, and this in turn will give us greater peace of mind.
