Hope



Welcome to our meditation... Let's start off with a deep breath. Stretch your arms. Stretch your legs. Roll your shoulders. Relax. Clear all your thoughts for another time. Imagine for a moment you are on a train. Old farm houses, wheat fields, and grazing horses roll past your window, as the wheels of the train roll beneath your feet. The train car is warm and quiet, outside of the random squeek or clunk of the train cars moving along the track. As you sit there you daydream those random thoughts that float effortlessly through our minds in times such as this. Moments in which we really have no place to go. In this moment, what do you hope for? What do you dream about? Everything we've ever wanted from life started with a spark of Hope. It is the very first, positive step toward making something happen for ourselves. It allows us to map out the possibilities and helps present us with a plan. Today let us breathe life into our hopes and dreams for life is the train that hope rides on.
