Help


Welcome to our meditation... Let us take a deep, cleansing breath. Stretch your arms. Stretch your legs. Roll your shoulders. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Imagine you are sitting in a large, green field. It's a breezy, beautiful day. The sun is shining. There is nobody there but you. How nice it would be to have a friend to enjoy this day with. Close your eyes and imagine someone really special who has helped you in a time of great need. Imagine them with you in this field. Remember them just as they were the day they were there for you. Hear their voice. Give them a hug as you share in this memory together. Fill your heart with this moment. Friendship is magical. Friendship is medicine. How blessed we are to have these special people in our lives. These Angels on Earth. As we think back on our special friend, let it be a reminder to us of what it means to be a friend. Think about the sacrifice that was made for you that day. Let us do for someone else what our friend has done for us. Let us never forget that friendships carry us through life. That we should always have a friend...and be one.
