Happiness


Welcome to our meditation... Let's begin with a deep cleansing breath. Stretch your arms. Stretch your legs. Align your posture. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Let us take a moment to imagine its a sunny day and we are out for a walk with a loved one. The beauty of this day along with the special bond shared between the two of you fills you with a sense of peace and happiness. The freedom to be ourselves with another is a great release. The joy of acceptance and unconditional love comforts us and heals us. In a world full of people we are reminded in moments such as this that we are unique and cherished. That we make a difference in their lives. Everything we do and say in the presence of another has some sort of effect on them. Let us be a source of positivity for this world. To do that we must start with Us. The happier we are, the better life is for us and everyone around us. Our happiness is the most important thing in this world. There are infinite recipes for happiness. Let us do whatever it takes to make our happiness a priority each and every day.
