Flow


Welcome to our meditation... Let us take a deep, relaxing breath. Feel the air flow in and out of your lungs. Let us raise up our arms. Let your movement flow gently as you move your arms up and down. Think of the energy flowing throughout your body. Through your limbs and through your brain. Think of the love that flows from your heart. Say a little prayer for the world. Let these peaceful thoughts flow from your mind and then out your mouth. Hear the words flowing from your lips. Notice the rise and fall in the vibrations of your voice. Rest for a moment and think about how all of nature flows. The rivers, the oceans, the breeze, the branches on the trees. Think of how this planet gently flows through our Solar System. How this Universe gently flows through space and time. Let your being travel through life with grace and ease. Let yourself flow.
