Welcome to our meditation... Take a deep, cleansing breath. Stretch your arms and your legs. Roll your shoulders. Align your posture. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Imagine you are in a large field. The sky is slightly overcast. There is a large tree and oddly enough, it is hovering in the air and slowly spinning above the ground. There are objects hanging from it. This was the dream I had last night. In my dream I was hanging my artwork on the tree limbs. I have yet to really figure out what it all means, but I woke up feeling really good and somewhat amazed at seeing such a site. How creative and wonderful our dreams can be. Dreams are our lives manifest. They do not recognize time and space. They are a montage of our emotions and experience. They are a means for healing. Try to fill your mind each night with positive thoughts. Read uplifting quotes before you go to sleep or view a calming picture book. Relax and focus on all the positive areas of your life and envision a beautiful future for yourself. You may want to try keeping a journal to see if there are any reoccurring patterns in your dreams, or imagery that really stands out. Record how you feel when you wake up. All things take time so if you don't dream or don't see immediate results in having more pleasant dreams, be patient. Keep practicing mindfulness and positive thinking and they will come.
