Welcome to our meditation... Let us take a deep cleansing breath. Stretch your arms. Stretch your legs. Align your posture. Let us focus on the peace in our hearts: The gentle, loving part of us that nurtures and heals. Like the soft rays of the sun warming our faces, like the light of the moon guiding us through the night. We can easily take for granted the everyday blessings that come our way. Let us think of the small but powerful comforts we share unto each other: A caring voice. The embrace of a hug. Smiles and laughter warming our hearts with joy. The solace we feel when someone is listening to us. Today let us be grateful for family and friendship. These loving hearts are our medicine. Life will always have it's ups and downs - let us travel the road together, and take comfort in each other. Share the comfort of You.
