Welcome to our meditation... Let us take a deep breath. Stretch your arms and fingers. Stretch your legs and toes. Align your posture. Relax. Clear your thoughts. Let us focus on our our Selves. Think of all the many aspects of You. Physical aspects. Mental aspects. Emotional aspects. We are complex. We are unique. Think about the chemistry you have with others in your life. Our DNA is the blueprint that defines who we are. It then weaves through the DNA of others creating connections or disconnections as it goes. There are countless ways for us to connect. Although we may not connect with someone mentally, we might feel a strong emotional connection to them. We may also connect through a sense of humor, or similar lives and circumstances such as having children or an activity we enjoy. Let us remember that if we don't connect with someone right away, it is wise to be patient and seek out some of the other many ways we can join together. Our minds and bodies are there to help us to relate on so many different levels. Seek out the many ways you can connect with others. Wonderful treasures can be found by exploring each others lives. Let us try to create new and loving friendships wherever we go. Let the many wonderful aspects of our Selves help us to connect positively with our world.
