Celebrate


Welcome to our meditation... Let us take a deep breath. Do some light stretching. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Clear your thoughts. Let us think for a moment about the last thing we did that made us feel good inside. Something that brought a positive spark to your day. What did you do afterward? Did you think to celebrate? We usually save celebrations for the greater milestones in life, but even the tiny moments in our day to day lives can be cause for celebration. When we celebrate we create positive energy. Even if it's something simple such as lighting a candle and putting on some relaxing music. We can just take time to enjoy the goodness that this moment brought. Through celebration we can find our way to gratitude. As we sit and meditate on our accomplishment, we can be thankful we had the strength and wisdom to make it happen. We can even go a step further and invite others we know to share in the celebration. Let the small spark in your day ignite the fuse to a room glowing with love and laughter. Have a little gathering with friends and family celebrating everyone's little moments of achievement. Let everyone light a small candle for something they did that shed a positive light on the world. Watch the room light up! By coming together we are given an opportunity to be grateful and thankful together. It becomes a celebration of Life. Not just for what we did that day, but for all we have and are able to do. We can share the gifts of ourselves. Let the good that we do create a wave of positive energy throughout our lives. Celebrate the wonderful being that is You.
