Welcome to our meditation... Let us take a deep breath. Stretch your arms and legs. Roll your shoulders. Align your posture. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Let us think for a moment about how beautiful it is to feel cared for. Close your eyes and try to remember a time where someone showed you just how much they cared for you. Feel the warmth and comfort of this moment. Embrace it as if you were still there. Feel the joy and peace that winds it's way through your entire being. The love and support we receive from our friends and family fills us with so much strength and encouragement. And to care and be cared for are some of life's principal missions. We can care deeply for those we love, but to show we care takes further effort on our behalf. Lending an ear. Offering a hug. These are the moments that are truly cherished. Time is really the essence of caring. Gifts are thoughtful but the most powerful gift is within our hearts. Give the gift of yourself. Show those you love just how much you care.
