Breathe


Welcome to our meditation... Let us begin with a deep, cleansing breath. Do some light stretching. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Clear your thoughts. Let us focus on our breathing. Let all the air out of your lungs. Breathe in slowly. Then slowly exhale out. As you breathe, meditate on the flow of air in you and around you. Think of the fresh air outside your door. Think of the breeze through the trees. Think of the smell of warm summer days and the cool spring mornings. Think of the crisp winter evenings. All the scents that flow through the air. And what a great feeling it is to breathe. As you continue to take deep, flowing breaths, try to envision a cleaner world. Let us all try to think more green today. Let us do what we can to protect this beautiful air of ours. Drive less, walk and ride more. Carpool. Make a to-do list so as to save from needing multiple trips around town. Let us appreciate the air we breathe.
