Behind


Welcome to our meditation...   Let us begin with  a deep, cleansing breath. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Clear all your thoughts for another time. Let us focus on just this very moment. Leave all your worries behind. Here in this moment we can celebrate. We can begin new growth. We can smile knowing there are endless possibilities before us. Seek out the inspiration that is all around. Turn on some music. Brew a pot of herbal tea. Squeeze some orange or lemon juice to enliven the senses. Sit down with a piece of paper and a pen and write down whatever it is you seek. The answers will come. When we leave behind what can be no more - we open ourselves to what is to come. New, fresh ideas. New friendships. New love. Do we walk each step with one foot behind us or one foot ahead of us? How do you see the life you live? Are you in the now? Be here. Now.
