Aware


Welcome to our meditation... Let us take a deep breath. Stretch your arms. Stretch your legs. Roll your shoulders. Relax your body. Relax your mind. Clear your thoughts for another time. Everyday we are blessed with an opportunity to wake up and live a Life. Some days we make choices for ourselves. Other days we may sacrifice our choices to contribute to another person's well being. Right here this moment is all for you. Meditation is a gift unto one's Self. It is a means of self respect. A moment in which we can honor ourselves and who we are today. Through meditation we become more self aware and more wise to the choices we make. We can see our needs more clearly and in turn we can give those around us an honest and thoughtful representation of who we are. By strengthening our understanding of our own complex nature, we can become more patient, loving and kind to those around us. We learn to Love without expectations. We learn Unconditional Love.
