Imagination


Welcome to our meditation... Take a deep breath. Roll your shoulders. Stretch your arms and legs. Align your posture. Relax your mind and body. Welcome in the freshness of this new day, Wherever you are feel the peace inside you and around you. Let us think about how good it is to be in the here and now. How very lucky we are to be alive and safe. Even if there is noise, let it become part of the scenery. Be one with this moment. Close your eyes. Where would you like to go? Today we have a choice. We can choose where we want to go and what we want to do. Even if the physical or financial obstacles are great, our minds can surpass them. We are so fortunate to have the power to dream. We can delve into our wonderfully complex imaginations and explore the many possibilities. What do you want to do? Who do you want to be? We are never too old and it is never too late to dream. Today as you go about your day, use your imagination to travel far and wide. Practice this with a friend. Share your journey with each other. Maybe sketch out your dream, or write a poem. Embrace the beautiful inner-workings of your mind and the magic therein.
