Welcome to our meditation... Let us begin by closing our eyes. Take a deep, cleansing breath. Relax your mind and body. Clear your thoughts and imagine a tiny seed. This tiny little seed is resting on the tip of your finger. What does it look like? What does this little seed represent to you? This seed has a purpose and it's purpose is to grow. Is there something you have wanted to change in yourself? Something you wish you could accomplish? Name your seed. Imagine your hands scooping the soft, nourishing soil from the ground. As you stir the earth before you, breathe in the mossy smells rising up into the air. You make a small hole in the ground, place the seed deep into the earth and cover it up. The sun shines down and eventually the rain will come. It drinks the water that trickles down to its little home beneath the earth. It feeds off the soil. The seed is warm and protected in its earthy womb. Imagine the seed sprouting it's little stem and tiny leaves. They wind and dig there way up through the soil. Finally on a beautiful sunny say, the sprout makes its way above the Earth. It stretches and reaches it's small stature towards the warm loving rays of the sun. In these first few weeks of growth, think about all the changes this little seed went through. It had to completely transform itself just to journey to the surface. We must transform in order to grow. Slow and steady is the way. Surround yourself with positive, loving nourishment and warmth. Seek your way to the surface, from the inside outwards. Everyone has a path that leads to personal growth. Meditate and focus on what you see your own path to be. Enjoy your journey and embrace the twists and turns as you climb to discovery. Remember to be kind to yourself and don't forget to celebrate the little victories along the way. Don't wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful.
